Dear coaches, parents, athletes & fans,Dear coaches, parents, athletes & fans,
I would like to thank you all for your support in making the 2018 Battle In Seattle an incredible success!. Without your help, this event would not have been possible. We had over 250 skaters from 13 states with 27 different teams represented! The competition was top-notch and the athletes showed outstanding sportsmanship throughout the weekend.
The event was capped off with phenomenal racing in the Pro Divisions and Grand Champion events. Congratulations to our Pro Division champions for the 2nd straight year, Zach Stoppelmoor and Kelsey Helman. Each earned $1,000 cash and round-trip airfare anywhere SouthWest Airlines flies. Nike Campbell and Paige Dawson are your JR Grand Champions, PJ Muxlow and Jeremy Anderson are your SR Grand Champions and Thalia Staehle and Nick Muxlow each took home the Grand Champion race for Sophomore-Classic divisions (Pros not included). These champions each collected $100 and a custom Battle In Seattle Skin suit courtesy of Josh Wood & Vie 13 Kustom Apparel.
Congratulations to our fastest woman/man on inlines: Alli Pfander (8.94 seconds) and Jonathan Blair (8.28 seconds) 8.28 is the fastest time ever recorded on the standard flat wood track! We would like to thank Tammy Murray for her work keeping the placements organized and accurate. Thanks to Cathy Ream and Tara Wedlund for their hard work in the check-in area. Of course, to Robin Pfander for all her efforts putting together the meet schedule, the programs and recording the results. To Teri Howell for posting all of the results on PattisonsTeamXtreme.com. To our main sponsors NSC and Atom Skates. To all of our vendors at Simmons, Pinnacle, Triton Sportswear, Zija International, and Homegrown Designs.
